UC知道高分求助！！本本出毛病了``unmountable boot volum

刚刚上网时突然死机 我就强行关机了 过了15分钟再开机时 就蓝屏了 说什么unmountable boot volumn
我继续强行关机```又重启```又是这样````
我是windows xp的
我估计是硬盘出毛病了 平时的确没怎么善待它。。。。
各位帮帮忙~~
还有 蓝屏时怎么关机或重启呢？不能老按开机键吧 这样伤硬盘阿 我以前老这样 现在后悔了。。。55555

该提示信息是无效的启动分区。建议你先安装一下操作系统试试
要是装不上的话，很有可能是硬盘或者内存的问题。
